got to account training time into this as well. Expect to be not getting 90 hours a month for 2-3 months. Then sit reserve where you might fly 90 but your QOL is going to suck
IMO he should stay where he is at, fork out the 4k for atp/ctp, take the atp checkride in a multi piston, and go to the ULCC or direct to legacy
