to be fair, the MEC message was very clear that there is more detail than normal in the emails and UPA23 page, but it is FAAAAAR from being comprehensive.
so maybe there IS language that sets a number. We will find out soon enough. Don’t go making assumptions either way based off 48 pages of bullet points when we still have 600 pages of contract coming out.
Oh completely and you are right. I just kinda though that that being such a big ticket item they would have said something .. what do I know though. More or less zero
