It's mostly the top half of the list. None of the work rules apply to them, ie they will never be on reserve etc.. All they want is the money and retirement which the company will gladly trade for no work rules.
I have been out of the industry for a few years and am working myself back into the cockpit. I was going to ask about Asheville as a junior base, but I should also ask what the consensus is regarding rough contract negotiations.
