Do you have a quote from ALPA saying that Nehls did this because his brother is a WB CA? I haven't seen any statements from ALPA, just statements from individuals who oppose the change, attributing the origin of this to Nehls.

Pointed question for you to answer: Are you stating that Nehls is the origin of this proposed age change? Simple yes or no.
