I understood that about the list of amendments. I've read a lot of these amandments on a variety of topics over the years.
I think you'll find the same on every Rep's page for amendments that were added. Pretty standard DC stuff.
For what it's worth, had Nehls not added it as an amendment, there would have been several others on the T&I Committee who would have done so.
