No there isn’t. I think as a pilot I would honor at least a year. Let them get some money back out of that type. But lots of people leave for different reasons.
I’ve always felt that anytime there is a training contract or bond that the company is forcing people to stay rather than hiring the right person and provide the right environment for them to want to stay.
It’s a two way street.
We are having new hires not even last a year. If a Legacy carrier calls, run and don't look back. Even if our pay goes up to Delta wages, just the nature of 135 our work rules will always lag or stink relative to a Legacy carrier once you hold a line.
