They obviously have pilots to hire, if the legacies are hiring them. I flew with guys at EA, hired with 190 hours and 250 hours. would you rather see legacy hires with 5000 TT, 2000 hours turbine PIC?
there was a shortage back when people were getting hired with 190 hours, as well.
