Excited like agitated. Especially about a bill that’s going to go to a conference in which house language often goes by the way side. The House is a lot about messaging bills/amendments that will never see the light of day. Even if it made it to the final bill it would likely go down in court. People staying who aren’t yet 65 is a rule change, pushing people out of a job (like WB CA) because of a law is basically lost wages through regulation.
I only pointed out why 65 isn't exactly past precedent. Retro wasn't in that to begin with like it is in 67 (for now).
