Id much rather fly with a 23yr old with 1900 TT than a 65+ that cannot read back more than a single instruction at a time

I almost hope we can hit the recession button before this garbage happens so the “problem” goes away. If we raise the age and have a large recession we are all screwed- AGAIN!
So you’re saying that when you yourself hit Age 65+ you won’t be able to read back more than a single instruction at a time. Are you experiencing sporadic cognitive issues at your current age or just spewing baseless entitled drivel.
