Per the CPO on SkyNet ignore the media reports which are grossly exaggerating the event. There is an internal investigation going on and results will be shared later but crew did everything right. Also the flight returned to the gate for a medical event unrelated to heat.
So the company, the one that is probably going to get sued, is telling you that "All is well, nothing to see here" yet the press - who you have shilled for in the past is now suspect? Help me out with that contradiction.
On a side note, I surely hope the story you mention is correct. The optics are out there though and unfortunately we now operate in the court of public opinion - that is not on our side in this case.
