I get that. But that per pilot number is not correct when considering all of the givebacks. The formula should be, Company per pilot expenditure - Company per pilot cost savings = Actual Per pilot gain. It’s seems pretty simple except for the fact that we have no number to input for the company per pilot cost savings. We all know it’s not zero. Not even factoring in the back pay. Can someone please share the the company per pilot cost savings. Just the fact that the company wants 100 percent vacation buy back will be devastating. Already 700 to 800 pilots over without that. Who thinks 25 percent of the crew force won’t sell back 75 percent of their vaca back. Say goodbye to draft. Say goodbye to hiring in the 5 years or more. Say goodbye to any movement.
