I’m the moron exposing you for what you are. A disgraceful shill.
I hope you realize you are part of the problem.
Hyper focused on profit sharing formula, does Delta pilot contract forbid Endeavor, Delta global services, Monroe Energy, or even Credit Union employees from being included or that is Delta mgmt status quo?
Delta pilots share their profit sharing pool with non union employees who didn’t negotiate anything. Your head would completely pop off if AA shared “your” pool with a non union group of employees.
Do you have their language or do you need to shoot from the hip and then go look it up and see if your right and posture as though you knew the whole time.
As far as I know they traded stuff for their profit sharing and you are getting it for free because you have squat right now, and are complaining like it’s an unpaid debt.
You should be the next APA president the way you focus on a perceived peer loss, and are so ready to chest thump and ignore any and all actual QOL while having a dominant and authoritative opinion.
You are part of the problem if you want to spend negotiating capital booting the WO when you got it as a freebie just like them and they contribute to profit vs improving QOL.
You are completely ignoring Delta traded for it quid pro quo.
Delta Q2 made 1.8B against AA 1.4B, they make more and have less pilots and less mainline employees. You ain’t never gonna have the PS Delta has and you know it, this is about your ego. We all need to negotiate because you have a giant ego.
In case you missed it the first and second time.
You as an individual employee at AA are part of the problem.
