I had prepped with current United pilots who recently got hired and we ironed out the "why united" and the "tell me about yourself" but the tmaat time is what mostly killed me. I think the TMAAT questions are where consulting services can be so valuable. They don’t give you canned responses, but they do tell you exactly how to format your stories. They also give you the tools you need to formulate your best stories & share them in a way that highlights your strengths and gives the interviewers the answers they’re looking for.
Keep your head up and reapply as soon as you’re able.
