Unfortunately the narrative right now, today 23 Jul, is that pax were trapped for >3 hours in 111 degree heat and people were passing out and defecating themselves because of it. Very well may be not true. We live in the court of public opinion. this horse has left the barn. Hopefully the judge assigned to handle the lawsuit(s) weighs the facts in the case, but we've seen how that has not happened in other such cases before. The angry mob is very powerful.
