I don't think they're the same hotel. The email I received says Bedford Plaza Hotel 3005 West Airport Freeway, Bedford TX (817) 267-3181. The email my friend received says Baymont Inn-Bedford 1450 Airport Fwy, Bedford - (817) 267-5200.
