I fly with new folks all the time, I’m not seeing nor hearing this. Most guys I fly with are not only happy to be here, they wanna stay too. As for the contract it’s a beaten horse, (I’m not gonna get into number specifics again as it ticks off the angry APC crowd), suffice to say I am able to use every aspect of it to make a schedule and pay that directly benefits myself, family, and my wallet.
