I had an incident a few days ago where the CA decided to click off the a/t in gusty conditions, vref was around -10 kts at ‘50 feet, resulting in a near tail strike.

Unless I’m worried he’s gonna kill me, i just speak in my loudest and clearest voice and say, “i don’t think that’s a good idea captain.” That way I’m covered during the NTSB investigation.
