11 days off month with 2-3, maybe 4 days off at a time. You can move days around as well and get 5-7 days off in a row if you want. Grid dependent though so gets hard to move days around. 5:00 am SCR, 11:00 am SCR, and 1:00 pm SCR - 13 hour duty day per our contract. Last day of reserve you are released at 5:00 pm if no flying is assigned to depart by 6:30 pm. 8 hours of hot reserve, no more than 3 days in a row and no more than 8x a month. Once PBS is implemented (Q1 2024) min days off will be 12 days and you can pick up open time trips over your reserve days. 80% of all trips are 4 day trips though and expect DCA to be your base for at least a year
