Decided not to post the story of the one time I had a Captain not listen to a suggestion and resolve it with a "thanks." It is normal to make mistakes and good for the other pilot to catch the error. The response to being caught should always be "thank you."
But the lesson learned is worth sharing. Consider that we sometimes have NO IDEA what is going on with the other pilot.
You must try to have a constructive debrief. If that works as it does 99.999% of the time; good. Then forget about it. If a debrief does not work and if it is a no-**** safety concern then start with Pro_Standards, but also consider talking to a Line Check Airman or Lead.
