We will get a new contract, but it will take longer b/c of guys like you and zebra spots picking up extended days and shirking your responsibilities as a professional pilots (flying broken planes and flying fatigued), all while complaining about the big bad union’s inability to get things done.
We have as much leverage as the legacy’s, but unfortunately more pilots who don’t have a clue how to sacrifice now for a better future.
No. It will take longer BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO LEVERAGE! I repeat, YOU HAVE NO LEVERAGE! Regardless of how many times it's told to you from the Union, doesn't mean it's so. Please list the leverage you have.
I'll start
1. Hiring - NOPE
2. Retention - NOPE
3. Extended Days - NOPE
4. Quiet Quitting - NOPE
5. Major Airlines Contracts - BIG NOPE
6. Hopes and Dreams - NOPE
7. Because the Union said so - NOPE
8. Pitchforks and Torches - NOPE
9. Your Special - NOPE
10. Operate out of ASE, JAC, and Marfa, TX - NOPE
Please enlighten us with the immense leverage you have in justifying your unhappiness with the contract you signed in 2020.
Base point. You signed an agreement and you're not happy. So company should pay you. Ha ha. Best of luck with that. Keep wasting your 1.5% on whatever it is you think will help. I'll revise in 2029 and see how it's going.
