Yep,i agree.Good airline with the foundation to be GREAT,but no one in charge of fixing anything seems to give a EFFFF about anything but the bottom line. Its sad to see.Maybe they have been doing things the same way for so long until they are afraid of change and new ideas. But in this business enviroment, you have to be willing to change and be adaptive,UA is missing the boat on that when it comes to the things that matter. In addition,i was commuting home the other day,one of the FA's had a huge nose ring and tats all up and down both arms and on their neck. You should have heard the comments pax were making in regards to that.Everything from, youll never see that kind of stuff on Delta, to United will hire anyone, looks like they have lowered their standards.I heard it all.Luckily,i had put on a polo shirt and taken my pilot shirt and ID off,so no one around me knew i was a crew member. Why cant we have DEI,and still have standards when it comes to appearance? Its embarrassing. Its obvious no one is policing this stuff,or no one cares or both.
