Its embarrassing.Its obvious no one is policing this stuff,or no one cares or both.

If I was to make one complaint about the new hires (as a newish hire) its the appearance part. There is an FO in EWR who a solid 400 pounds is, gut hanging out of his shirt, with a literal Super Mario mustache. Guy can't be more than 30-ish years old. Guy consistently looks sloppy and unprofessional as hell. He's not the only one by a long shot, either.

I criticize boomers a lot here but most middle aged captains look the part here, minus a couple fat 60+ dudes I've run into.
