It's not about fixing EWR, it's about fixing work rules. Might be moot at this point with the AIP done, but numerous items like Reserve didn't need tweaking, they needed clean sheet rewriting.

This is what many were advocating for, and I think we largely got there. There maybe some of the old contract suck on reserve at the most junior levels, but now it won’t take so long to gain some control over your quality of life, even if you can’t hold a line.
My personal opinion is that these work rules will push the gline lower as there are some really attractive reserve provisions for more senior guys that may just want a month off with pay.
