As a guy who came her from a furlough, the first time I read 4.a.2.b I was incredulous at how stupid it was. It will continue to be an anchor around our necks and instead of a way to take a few people hostage under dire circumstances, it provides a way for the company to take everyone hostage under much less significant circumstances.
We need more of this information rather then us arguing against each other which I am guilty of.
Our CBA;s and TA's are creating problems that never existed. We need to change some of our rules and if you are not already doing it, talk to your buddies at the other airlines. We are a cargo carrier but can learn alot from them as we can from each other.
