I think the fact that the TA got voted down by line pilots, with 500+ of our most junior pilots not able to vote, sends a loud and clear message. Louder than if our reps had shot it down first.

Everyone likes to say the company looks past the negotiating team to the pilots. Well, we finally sent them a message we are fed up.

It’s a bummer that we got sent the TA, but it provides an opportunity to show the company we won’t just vote anything in.
