The only people who care are pilots and politicians won't appeal to them. That would be like passing a law to please piano players in ***** houses. They won't do it for pilots lol. The legacies would care if they have to throw their training pipelines in reverse while flying down the highway. They also care if they have to give oldies full pay and benefits to *not* fly to IST. They have lobbyists.
We will generally turn a blind eye to blue language via creative spelling if the context is PG-13 (your example above). If you call someone's Mom a 'ho, that won't fly.
