Would our leverage have changed after such a vote? Stronger, Weaker, magically disappeared?

What would be the path forward after such a vote?

How would that path, and our negotiating strategy, differ from where we stand today?

p.s. Bonus question: Does a 57%-43% rejection of this TA from the membership at-large speak differently, or any more loudly, than an 8-6 rejection by our Block Reps?
Block reps achieve clarity through having to go through the recall process. Every single one, with the the exception of TC, needs to gain a sense of clarity in this way.
