The last FDP Report time needs to be converted to base time to answer this question. If the converted report time was before 0000 on that last Res day, that FDP and credit goes toward Guarantee. But If that converted time was on the X-day, you get that whole FDP and credit above guarantee.

For example, (best guess of your situation): ATL based, 3-day GS as follows: XX XX Res. Redeye reports at LAX at 2330 on that "Res" day, but converted to ATL time is 0230. That FDP and credit will pay above guarantee because it starts on an X-day.

However, if you are LAX based doing a redeye departing from SLC, you are SOL.
