I agree with you to some extent. But one party wanting to come back to the table after agreeing to a contract is not at all unusual. We just have to appreciate that it could go both ways...
Can you share why you think "we were outplayed, short-sighted and took the bait"? Pretty emotive language that suggests management ran rings around our NC. I happen to think that overall, they handled themselves well. Would love to get your thoughts.
