the added pay is a retention bonus that will be paid when we get a contract. It’s an agreement between union and management. Management is accruing for it (money is in an account so it’s not an IOU) and sends “updates” of how much your accrual/retention bonus has in it.
BUT you won’t see that additional money until we have TA on our contract.
oh wow so its not even in effect yet, thats a huge bummer. The first year pay, and just pay at general at allegiant is what is really holding me back.
