2) Why would we pass an LOA?
I’d agree that ICAO quickly follows and the issue is just academic. I questioned the issue of a LOA because we don’t know the language in the next contract. If the company has language to deny people from bidding or picking up trips that they can’t fly then it doesn’t matter.
