Which is a big issue, if we keep having classes filled, keep seeing warm bodies on OE, etc. the guys senior here are itching to upgrade. I am sure that they aren't worried about the attrition right now. Issue is this is EXACTLY what lead the regionals to implode on themselves right now. (skywest lost 180 last month, 110 FOs 70 CAs. They are forcing upgrades and cant keep people around at all)
