I am already a320 typed, do not feel like learning a new plane and would rather stay with a320.

If you are in the US, there are only a couple answers. None of those would I leave for to come to JetBlue. I’d maybe look into United…as a320 is one of their most junior planes, where as at JetBlue it’s considered a widebody.
If you are NOT in the US, this is where I ask you: Are you familiar with E-3 or Resident Alien requirements?

If you have just bought your type rating, that may help you in training a little bit……but remember you have no actual line flying experience.
