In addition to if you are a Florida person, you might just get an MCO or FLL base right away (you may and likely will get booted out during SLI) whereas a new hire at JB would probably never get a Florida base out of training.
If you just Can’t Just Can’t bear the thought of flying another plane, go to Frontier as with JetBlue Spirit you could get downgraded into A220 once the companies are merged.
I doubt the company will pay for displacements unless they close a base. Nor is someone already flying 320s as an FO likely to be displaced to the 220. First, the combined company will be overwhelmingly 329 family for a long time and second, far cheaper to just new hire into the 220. Might make a difference in 320 upgrade times, but barring base closures, I think 320 FOs will just keep flying 320s
