New hire training is almost all in Vegas. Plan on 90 days. Not a lot of IOE delays. Training is heavily on computers for a chunk of it with minimal instructor interaction (two weeks of systems at a minimum).
The $4,152 won’t be around until a few months after a new contract, which is probably years away.
