I expect though someday when/if the average person lives to be 110 and 70 isn’t considered old, upping the retirement age is a given. If it’s fair to raise the age then? Is it unfair to those in their 30’s? Wasting our time talking about what’s fair.
I’d bet that pilots younger than 40-45 could see the age requirement completely removed before they retire. Age 67 is just the next step, and age 70 at a minimum will happen within 10 years.
