Why would it become an issue? Diversion airports on the Flight Plan are for planning purposes and are rarely the suitable airport for real-world diversion. Furthermore, as Captain do you not know your fuel state descending thru 18,000 ft? Do you not have a plan in the event of a go-around without having to reference Mission+?
