Training pay is too low. That has to change to get FO’s to leave their Regional. I fly one 300% trip in one day and make a month’s salary of JB Training Pay. And I want to come to JB but moving is expensive and I can’t afford that pay cut. I have a family to feed.
Cry us a river. We all endured much worse. And JB training pay is a very short duration. Pick up a couple premium trips to get you through the 1-2 months of training pay, and then move on with your career. Seniority is critical for the rest of your career. Sitting there at your "no real future long term" job longer because of the temporary pay cut is a morons game.
