I know I’m getting old, but I still remember when a major airline interview included a simulator evaluation, a written test, often a medical exam in addition to the traditional HR/pilot interview. It’s hard to take seriously someone complaining about SWA’s relatively low stress 3 hour interview process. (And I say that as someone who didn’t get hired here on my first attempt)
