The blaming of weather is so cringe though. Like weather hasn’t been around since literally forever. No mention of our on time metrics and rewards program he has been peddling all summer. Every 6 months they find something else to blame, never actually mentioning the elephant in the room.
There is no rumor of BB being on the hot seat because it doesn’t need to be a rumor. The company is performing horribly and it is all on him. He is 100% on the hot seat not because of a rumor, but because he is terrible at his job. This place needs a top down overhaul asap.
