To clarify my comment, I was simply referring to Polar/Atlas/Kalitta as they were mentioned by jtf560, as they all require CASS to ride.
I believe Kalitta is the exception to this, I know of NJ pilots who have completed their
supernumerary travel form and been permitted to fly in their aircraft.
