I'm well aware that there are waivers to the 1500 hr rule. Still, way too restrictive. And PFT's been gone for a very long time.

So if I'm reading the room correctly, you guys are in favor of keeping the barriers to entry to the profession high while not wanting to change retirement age. While there's a shortage of pilots.
