I’ve had my app in now on the new site as a street hire for a few months. Anyone know if you get sort of black listed for leaving aviate or put at the bottom of the list? Just curious. I completed the AVIATE interview with the job offer contingent upon getting the PIC time.
If you leave the Aviate ecosystem, United will not interview you for one year. Your app will get ranked as a standard off the street applicant and you'll get called in whatever order the system processes you in. Any interview you did before is a mute point. Good news is that you are not black listed in any way.
