Yeah, as excargodog said, it's definitely a different merger. But I'm not sure how it affected the choice of the DOH cutoff date one way or the other (I was hired a few months later). We have a number of Airways 2013 hires on this board - perhaps they can chime in with how and why it was selected the way it was - but I thought I'd mention it. Announcement date certainly makes sense, but perhaps there are some other milestones that could potentially be used.
