We already have 2 groups in place, working together. We have the America West Pilots Protective Association (AWAPPA) and another group set up for the legal battle. We have our merger attorney on board, already paid for, and another firm that specializes in litigation. We are taking the money that we paid in ALPA dues and putting it into our own group. The ultimate goal will be to dump USAPA and return to ALPA. We don't want to rely on USAPA for anything, particularly if another merger gets rammed up our tailpipe.
