i got an interview scheduled with allegiant. Im curious if my currency lapse of 2 years would be a problem. I got 3000 Jet time and 1000 of than on the A320 however my last flight was 2021 , was unable to fly due to family /immigration reasons but i am back now and ready to fly - any airline! Interview. The fact you are "out of currency" and they called you means they're interested. Just explain why you lost currency and that's it. If they say no after that, then it's their loss and more than likely they'll hire some other zap that will just quite during training or shortly after.
