I've had a similar experience with Sierra in Santa Fe. I am a commercial pilot flying for a foreign company and needed a BFR, or whatever it's called now. Got a canned email response saying they'll get back to me in a day or so, but then nothing. I called several times, no one ever answered or returned my messages. Weird, since a friend actually recommended them with good things to say. When I got my private in Santa Fe there were two very active schools, and even a few instructors who would instruct in their planes in Los Alamos where I'm from, but that all seems to be gone now.
