Yep, RPA taking those extra routes with all those parked 170's still wrapped up like Christmas presents. RPA may be closing in on that ideal CA/FO balance, but overall staffing is WAY down. Regardless of "balance" there is still only so much flying a company can take on with a given number of pilots.
