The real dumb in this story is the Denver parking guy who walked up to an axe wielding person (AWP) we gotta stay woke, and tried to disarm him. He coulda wound up with an axe in the buttock. My first inclination when I see an AWP is to stay out of range.
Proof the guy wasn’t a threat to anyone, rando walks up and safes the axe = misdemeanor vandalism.
