Good for you. As the previous poster suggested, this place, while it's still a fine job overall and I'm not sorry to be here, is not the be-all-end-all in any way.
I can easily see no more hiring this year, provided they don't place any additional orders or something else unexpected. 2024 with no hiring seems like a pretty big lift, though, given the retirement outlook.
